FaithTech Systems LLC ("we") operates CoPastor. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Information We Collect

Account info: name, email, church, denomination
Ministry content: sermons, prayer requests, pastoral notes
Payment info: processed by Stripe or Apple — we do not store card numbers
Usage data: features used, pages visited
Push notification tokens

How We Use Your Data

To provide and improve CoPastor features
To process your subscription and billing
To power AI-assisted ministry tools
To send service notifications

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers (Supabase, Anthropic, Stripe, Apple) necessary to operate CoPastor, or as required by law.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days. Contact support@copastor.app to request deletion.

Children's Privacy

CoPastor is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
